Domestic shipping

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 2 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed on the next business day. We typically ship via FedEx and do not ship on U.S. holidays. Once processed, orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 7 business days. If there’s a delay in your order, please check the tracking information provided in your order confirmation email. Bayside21 cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Due to large packing size, we do not ship to P.O. Box. FedEx ships to a physical address only.

Hawaii and Puerto Rico are using FedEx Express only. Please email to us at info@bayside-21.com for a shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to large packing size and weight, we do not provide international express shipping at this time.

returns & exchanges

Didn’t love what you ordered? Our store is happy to accept online returns within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 30-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in undamaged and clean condition. 

To make a return, please email info@bayside-21.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a free shipping label for your purchased item. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the FedEx. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use.

  • Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

  • Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.

  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.
